Roofing Applications within our Company:
- Tearoffs: Removing the old existing layer(s) of shingles will give the new roof a smoother surface. Damaged plywood decking will be found and replaced if necessary. An ice shield barrier can then be applied to help reduce the costly damages caused by ice dams.
- Reroofs: A second layer of shingles is applied over the first. The condition of the plywood deck and top layer of shingles will determine if a reroof is applicable.
- New Construction: Residential homes and Commercial buildings.
- Repairs: This would be a replacement of roof sections, valley, chimney, flashing, etc.
- Emergency Repairs: These are repairs that require immediate attention. Examples would be damage from falling trees, weather damage, intense interior damage due to heavy rain, etc.
